William Reule, Sr., Broker, NC & SC

William, known around the Waxhaw area as Bill, enlisted in the Navy in January of 1958. After Boot camp, he was assigned to the Navy Weapons Depot & Naval Gun Factory in Washington, DC. In his time in service, Bill covered the Cold War, Cuban Missile Crisis, Bay of Pigs and the Vietnam Era. During his service he also received numerous recognitions such as the Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Overseas Commemorative and Special Operations Commemorative.
Bill has over 30 years of experience specializing in commercial site work and development. He handles projects from A to Z and prides himself in his professional yet very personable approach.
Bill has been married to his lovely wife, Faye since 1958. They have 2 sons, 2 daughter-in-laws and 6 grandchildren. Both Bill and Faye are active in the Waxhaw community and serve on the Operation Extend the Wall project. Bill also formed the William H. Reule & Associates Real Estate and Consulting group.

Peter F. Dwyer, Esq., earned his Bachelor's degree from Colby College in Waterville, Maine while majoring in Business and Government. Mr. Dwyer earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and an M.B.A. degree from Baruch College. In New York in 1997, he founded the law firm Colombini & Dwyer where he was also President. In 1992 he was a Licensed Real Estate Broker with Universal Realty Services, Inc. d/b/a/ Cutting Edge Realty Services Company.
Mr. Dwyer founded The Fitzgerald Dwyer Law Firm, P.C., located in Monroe, NC. Prior to this, he handled complex commercial real estate transactions at the firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. He is also a member of the North Carolina, South Carolina and New York State Bars.
Mr. Dwyer is also a Partner at Blue Ribbon Businss Brokers, LLC. where he offers his expertise in buying and selling residential and commercial real estate in both North and South Carolina.
Pete is a member of The North Carolina Bar Association, The Union County Bar Association, The Business Leaders of Charlotte (BLOC), a member of the Board of Directors of the Union County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Monroe Rotary Club. He is married to Cathy Dwyer and they have four children, Ailish, Keegan, Peter and Devin. Pete is also a Masters swimmer and a nationally licensed youth soccer coach.
